This has just been released by Carson and Co. for £775K. I cannot resist a Georgian style home.....and thats why I had to bring this to your attention. Yes, I think this place requires some TLC.....and unfortunately I think your paying for all the DIY in the asking price. Its definitely worth an enquiry but if there's no room for negotiation then I think this one could be hanging around for a while......only one way to find out give the team at Carson's & Co. a call.....
