We all know Bray and its just such a great location......There are no photo's of the inside but I reckon you would need no more than £15K to get this ship shape and back on the market as a sound rental property......expect yields of over 4%...even if you had to pay the asking price!
Again move quickly because the developers will be sniffing around this property as I'm writing now......
