As I’m sure you’re all aware, I’m a big fan of a project and
that’s just what you get with this 2 bedder on Alwyn Road! Its on the market
with Romans for £350k… which when you consider other 2 beds within half a mile
in this area are fetching around the £430-450k mark means this project could
come with some reward at the end of it, if you can keep the refurbishment costs
down that is.......
What jumps out to me though, is the rear elevation shot in
the pictures… the gardens here are endless but there seems to be a lot of
extensions taken place with most of the neighbours, which obviously sets a
precedent, and a typical 3 bed semi in this area flies of the shelf at anything
north of £550k.
Don't ponder this for too long, there’s a buck or two to be
made here and a wise investor will be in with the chequebook quickly for this
one!
