Well, I must say if I'm honest with you, not many maisonette's rock my boat, but this one just has something about.....I don't know what....maybe its just because its tired and need of some loving...?

What I will say for £170K and currently being marketed by Roger Platt you could have a great little earner on your hands. Even with some investment to get this one in shape and fighting fit I reckon you could expect to get best part of a £1000 PCM - even with the upfront build costs this would put your yield rocketing towards the 6% mark.....not to be argued with.

Got a good one today! Its just been released to the market by Connells and I like it....a lot! This is a rare one and I think could interest all you Landlord AND developers. Pretty rare to get a 4 bed room terrace come on the market....Ive just had a quick check and that famous 4th bedroom is actually usable at 13' X 8'.......usually there a broom cupboard! 

As usual with these type of properties the agents are tempting you with just the one photo.....give them a call Im sure they have more to hand. I would keep an eye on this as it well get huge interest and probably end up in an Open Day and sealed bids. Whatever your preference this could be turned around and back on the market for £410K+ or if thats not your style expect yields pushing the 5% mark....pretty good either way.

Morning All....chilly one again!!! When will this winter end! 

Anyway back to business.....I've just seen this property come on the market with Waterman for £425K. At the time of writing this its the cheapest 5 Bed on the market in Maidenhead by over £50K......that's worth some further investigating.

Its location is a short hop from Maidenhead Train station as well....another big box ticked! Its not all a bed of roses though.....from judging the few pictures available it does require a bit of TLC.....those red carpets for one would be the first thing to hit the skip.....remember just around the corner are our friends from Shanley's with all their mod cons, so a bit of competition!

Yet 5 Beds for £425K....ignore this at your peril!
